Physiological migrations
Anna Rutkowska, b. 1996, Painter, performer, karateka. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, winning the Coming Out 2020 award for the best diploma. Painting is her primary language of communication with the environment. In the Physiological Migrations series, the starting point for the composition is most often what is very intimate, but the simplified biomorphic abstract patch effectively blurs what is private, creating autonomous juicy worlds on the surface of the canvas.
